HOIA CONTROL contains 200 µg of chromium per daily dose.

The daily dose contains 60 mg of magnesium, or 16% of the daily reference intake.

Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism.

Glucomannan – 3 g per day

Glucomannan is a water-soluble dietary fiber derived from the konjac plant (Amorphophallus konjac).

HOIA CONTROL contains 3 g of glucomannan per daily dose.

Myo-inositol – 1 g per day

Glycine – 1 g per day

How do I use HOIA CONTROL?

Take 2 servings a day —one in the morning and one in the evening, preferably before a meal.

Mix 1 level teaspoon (3.5 g) with at least 250 ml of water and stir well.

Drink the mixture right away, and then drink another glass of water to ensure that the product reaches your stomach.

One package lasts for 30 days when used as directed.
